An outstanding bright and round Pinot gris, with notes of acacia nectar, lingering mirabelle, white pepper and some exotic fruits. This exceptionnaly fruity and and flowery Pinot Gris is a pure delight giving a lovely expression to the volcanic basalt soil with the unique terroir character of mount Badacsony.
Best served at 12 °C with salmon, fish with sauce, veal, mushroom, white pasta or pesto.
