An extra brut Tokaj sparkling wine that was produced with traditional technology (Méthode Traditionnelle). The wine is made from the main Tokaj grape variety, Furmint and is characterized by an elegant acidity and a strong mineral streak. It was fermented and matured in bottle. The bottles were disgorged after 14 months of ageing on lees. The sunny straw colour and aromatic nose reminds you of wild flowers. The full-bodied palate and the lovely freshness on the finish is impressive.
