Csintalan Sparkling ’23 Streit-Zagonyi, 2023

Our winery has added a new member to the family in the reductive line, and it is none other than our Muscat Ottonel semi-sparkling wine. A real summer fresh wine to refresh the hot days, no summer PARTY is complete without it. The bursting perfumed nose is full of grape fruit, grape blossom, orange peel, mango, apple juice, William pear, halved peach. The freshness of the lively acidity is enhanced by the gentle perlage. A little residual sugar makes it even more pleasant and likeable.

And for those interested in the details: Our white wines are harvested just before full ripeness to preserve the fresh, vibrant acidity of the wine. To achieve this, we ferment the wine at a low temperature of 14-18°C in stainless steel tanks. After a short resting period, the added carbon dioxide is released at a pressure of 2 bars, which is appropriate for a semi-sparkling wine.
