The 2019 Tokaj Aszú 6 puttonyos is the flagship wine of the Gizella Winery. The 2019 vintage gave us the opportunity to make botrytised aszú wines of excellent quality. This is a textbook example of traditional vinification methods: the aszú berries were hand-picked, then macerated, followed by 18 months of ageing in barrels. The result is a very concentrated, well-balanced dessert wine with great ageing potential.
