„Grow” Organic, 2023

Harvested in the early days of September, it is made from the beautifully ripe fruit of the Farkó-kő vineyard. After quick processing and crushing, it was fermented at low temperatures to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. As in previous years, the wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts and only plant-based fining agents were used, so that we could make a certified organic&vegan wine from the great 2023 vintage.
