Kancellár Nagy-Somlói Furmint, 2019

The bright, intense straw-yellow colour, the high viscosity and the beautiful glycerine ring on the surface of the glass suggest a rich wine. Of course, after proper aeration, its bouquet really comes into its own; it contains ripe white fruits, honey notes and the unmistakable Somló basalt. On the palate, the wine is dry, with an elegant acidity, fleshy body, rich minerality and a long finish. Exemplary Furmint from Somló. It has great ageing potential.  It is recommended with white poultry dishes and roast pork.
