Badacsonyi Zeus late harvest, 2005

Zeus is a legendary dessert wine. Unique for the mineral freshness enhancing its exquisite acidity-sweetness balance. Dried fruits like apricot, raisin, pear and exotic fruits linger on the palate. The local variety Zeus is symbolic for Mount Badacsony called ‘Olympus of Hungary’. A formidable rival of icewines.

Best served at 10°C with fois gras, blue cheese, fruit pies, fruit salad, strudel or cheese cake.
