Fischer Merlot, 2021

An internationally recognised variety of French origin. It is highly adaptable to its growing site and is one of the mainstays of Bordeaux blends. Our wine from this variety has a sweet, fruity bouquet – plums, strawberries – with notes of jam, hints of coffee and tobacco. Medium body, ripe cherry, plum, tobacco, light smoke on the palate. A real fiery red wine. Its full-bodied and the notes of the nose are carried on all through the palate and right to the finish. A harmonious wine best consumed with grilled dishes. A must for BBQ parties, an excellent accompaniment to spicy meat dishes. Production area: 3ha
