The colour is reminiscent of peach blossoms and orange peel. The nose offers subtle notes of orange and a hint of fresh cherry. Cherry dominates the palate, followed discreetly by the fine acidity of sour cherry. It is reminiscent of smiling red fruits relaxing in a bubble bath.
Food pairing: A perfect aperitif or welcome drink, but also goes well with salmon or more substantial meat dishes.
