Fülöp the Phenomenon Late Harvest Tokaji, 2019

The nose is full of juicy ripe fruit, sponge cake and spring flowers. Refined botrytis aromas with a hint of apricot. The palate is sweet, intense, fresh, full of fruit, with vibrant acidity counterpointing the residual sugar to strike an excellent balance. The finish is light, airy and harmonious. 

Serve at 8-10 °C

Serving suggestions:
– again a good choice for an aperitif for foie gras (freshly pan seared or a pâté)
– cured or dried meats
– mature goat or sheep cheeses
– calf or lamb sweetbread, sautéed in butter or fried, served with a kombu-based sauce cream desserts in a glass, tiramisu
