One of the winery’s most important wines is this elegant blend of Olaszrizling and Riesling. The fruit is sourced from the best plots in Paloznak and the surrounding area, where the soil is predominantly Permian red sandstone and ‘márga’ (argillaceous limestone), a typical mixture of the region’s diverse soil types. 15% of the base wine was fermented and aged in 500l Hungarian oak, 85% in stainless steel. Ready by May/June 2023.
