Bright straw-yellow colour with green flashes, tiny bubbles. Fresh, fruity – mainly apple – fragrance, accomplished with aromas from the bottle fermentation. It is characterized by creamy texture, ripe fruit and a medium long finish.
Food pairings: Perfect aperitif, but it goes well with fresh salads and grilled shrimps.
