NATARA Cabernet Sauvignon, 2022

Cabernet Sauvignon wines tend to be deep in colour and full-bodied, with medium to high alcohol levels, relatively high acidity, plenty of tannin and aromas mainly of dark berries. In cooler regions and vintages, they are dominated by spicy, herbal notes, pepper, green olive, blackcurrant and eucalyptus. In warmer regions or vintages, the ripe fruit is more likely to be complemented by blackberry, blackcurrant, jammy and liquorice notes. It can also be characterised by pronounced oak and sweet spice notes, with more powerful wines also ageing beautifully. It is a perfect accompaniment to spicy red meat dishes.
