Kadarka is one of the unique wines that Hungary has to offer. With its light colour, soft tannins and intense spiciness, Kadarka is the ideal partner for paprika-based dishes typical in Hungarian cuisine like chicken paprikash and fisherman’s soup. Our Kadarka was aged for just over a year in used French oak barrels to enhance the grape’s spiciness. Best served slightly chilled.
