The colour is a bright yellow, while the nose is characterised by dried apricot, citrus, barrel and spice aromas. Notes of dried apricot and citrus fruit such as tangerine return, along with the exotic flavours of raisins, figs and dates. It is remarkably complex, creamy and full-bodied with a long finish. Despite its young age, it is an incomparable pleasure to drink, and its richness of flavour becomes more pronounced with age. We picked the aszú grapes by hand.
