Pale, yellow colour. The nose is restrained with notes of minerality typical in Tokaj. Besides the citrus aromas, the bready and yeasty aromas also appear, the tell-tale signs of traditional sparkling wine making. On the palate, first, the yeasty and bready notes return, leading on to a refreshing green apple-like finish.
