Manual harvest on 1 September was followed by gentle whole bunch pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. 70% was aged on lees in steel tanks, while 30% was aged in 300 litre Zemplén Kádár oak barrels for 8-9 months. Bottled after assemblage in steel tanks. The estate’s typical dry wine is produced every year. It is a dry wine of mineral character with crisp acidity. Fresh, young, characterized by citrus, apple and almond flavours. Organic viticulture and winemaking.
