The grapes were harvested by hand in October 2019, and then the berries were sorted by hand on a sorting table. Fermentation and maceration lasted for 24 days, and the wine was racked into 225-litre barrels, without pressing, immediately after malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for 16 months in 60% first and 40% second-fill Hungarian oak.
