Crystal clear golden colour with high viscosity in the glass that promises a unique tasting experience. The nose is clean, medium intensity and not overpowering. White flowers, blossoms and petals, but there are also hints of peach and a mineral character. The sweet palate is framed by high acidity, medium alcohol and body. The notes promised by the nose are completed with candied lemon and lemon peel. There is also orange oil in the medium-long aftertaste.
The overripe grapes were left to macerate overnight in the press. Thanks to this method, not only sugar but also very specific flavours were added to the must. After fermentation, filtration and wine treatment, the wine was quickly bottled to preserve its inimitable flavour.
