CEGA Winery – Villányi Franc 2017 premium, 2017

The processing of the grapes began with a 5-day cold maceration after hand harvesting at the beginning of October. Fermentation was spontaneous. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was aged for 22 months, 90% in second and third fill oak barrels, 10% in new barrels.
