Ice Wine, 2018

Thanks to modern equipment, the temperature of the grapes was kept below -3 ° C during the whole processing. So, we had a really outstanding wine that smells like fresh grape juice and tastes like most complex sweet wines that really make the Tokaj wine region famous. We have used all the main Tokaj grape varieties, thus achieving a unique aroma structure in the wine and creating a perfect example of what the Tokaj wine region is truly capable of on its own, without any additives in the wine.
