Using the latest technology, the botrytised grapes were not crushed but stored under gas until processing. Prior to processing, the top-quality botrytis grapes were placed in the stomach of the hermetically sealed press for 36 hours in an oxygen-free environment using nitrogen gas after filling with the base wine. The result was a quality Aszú with a new face. Its aroma and complexity proudly enhance the reputation of Tokaj wines. In addition to the amazing aroma structure of the wine, it shows the long-aged, complex, full-bodied, yet fresh and floral face of aszú, made according to completely new guidelines, thus illustrating the amazing possibilities of the Tokaj Hills.
