The base wine of the new Tokaji Brut sparkling wine was made mainly from Furmint. Furmint is the fundamental variety grown in the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region. It offers a wonderful harmony with the delicate perlage resulting from bottle-fermentation.
Sensory profile: Pale yellow sparkling wine with intense mousse. The harmony of acids and bubbles characterizes this batch of Tokaji grapes.
Food pairings: As an aperitif, it is ideal for rich soups and spicy meat dishes.
