Ipacs Szabó Winery – Nászút helyett Villányi Franc 2020 premium, 2020

The grapes were harvested by hand, then the whole berries were processed after several days of cold maceration, inoculation with yeast, pumping over and some punching down. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, then the wine was aged for 17 months in Hungarian and French oak, a mixture of new and used barrels.
